F/A 18 Hornet T-shirt
This F/A 18 Hornet McDonnell Douglas t-shirt is a shout-out to the Legacy Hornet fans in the Marines and Navy who flew it into the late 1990s. Built to compete with the General Dynamics F-16 as a lightweight fighter, it eventually was modified to land on carriers and became the backbone of the U.S. Navy carrier force. Originally built in the 1970s, later replaced by the Super Hornet in the early 2000s.
