A-4 Skyhawk T-shirt
This Douglas A-4 Skyhawk T-shirt is a shout-out to one of the toughest little planes ever put in the U.S. arsenal. Able to carry as many bombs as a WW2 B-17, this little fighter/attack plane was made to replace the A-1 Skyraider which was a conventional prop plane left over from the end of WW2.
Loved by all who flew it, it remained in service with the U.S. Navy and Marines until 2003. It still flies to this day in the hands of private owners. Sub-sonic, small but extremely reliable it was an icon of the Navy and was used extensively in Vietnam and by other countries for decades.
